A study was done of 20,000 people and not one was getting the RDA of vitamins
and minerals from their diet alone.

Add to that, the fact that all those wonderful vegetable and fruit items you
mentioned have a fraction of the vitamin and mineral content that they used to
have in Paleo times.

The result is that vitamin and mineral supplements are highly recommended for
health....
