How about including pareve hamburger and hotdog buns, and kosher hotdogs.
She could eat camp hamburgers if there was no chance of contamination.
There's also the possibility of ordering a couple dozen frozen kosher tv
dinners.

So far, we've avoided sending Josh to overnight camp for exactly that
reason - too much risk when feeding him. He's now 11-1/2, and it may become
an issue in the next couple of years. Please let us know how it goes and
what you did to make it work.
