Send all her food.  I was slowly poisoned at the student cafeteria while
in college.  Special arrangements had been made, and before each meal I'd
talk to the kitchen people (you can't really call them cooks) to find out
what was supposedly safe for me to eat.  Too often, they either made up
their answers or made mistakes.

You can't expect someone making minimum wage doing large scale food
preparation to understand or care about such an issue to the degree you
need.
