Sorry to interrupt you holiday greetings, and please do accept my best
wishes and greetings for a happy and prosperous new year.

I couldn't help notice that you are a doctor and I was wondering what
kind of Dr. you are? And what your background is and what your views are
on raw-foodism.

I am having a hard time with my friends and family since I became a
raw-foodist 3 months ago.  My mother thinks I'm anorexic (definitely
NOT), my friends think I am mad, and I am not sure and confused.  I keep
on hearing questions about where am I getting B-12 from? What about
amino acids? Am I getting enough protein, fats and calcium?

What do I do? Where can I go to get all this information/these answers.
I am so new at all this and have no idea, besides the FACT that it has
changed my life, and that I feel and look wonderful with myself, I can't
prove or answer any ones questions or debates.  The hardest part is my
boyfriend, because he is worried about me, and doesn't want to "stand
by" and watch me harm myself....

I'd appreciate your/any ones help.  Would the library be a good place to
go? Or will I get the standard conventional information there?!
