Thanks for your reply...
I had previously put the "REM" and ";" the "config.sys, autoexec.bat"... so
this is Not my problem..
The CD-ROM is recognized and Installed properly by win95 .. In fact.. when
it disappears we do an "Install New Hardware" and win 95 finds the CD and
reinstalls it (until I restart)..
Sometimes when I shut down (and sometimes when I restart) I get the
following message:
WINDOWS The Volume that was removed had open files on it. Next time please
check first to see if the volume can be removed.. (press any key..)
and when I press any key the System "locks"..
I can also restore the CD-ROM using ERD.EXE (Emergency Recover Utility)..
But.. alas
when I shut down... the "Volume message" comes up..
Suggestions Please!!
