'The Raw Truth' Opens in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV - In a city where theme restaurants, glitz and glitter rule,
the Raw Truth restaurant, located here, is a fresh and natural twist. The
Raw Truth is a 100% organic, 100% raw and 100% plant-based restaurant and
juice bar.
David Wolfe, author of Nature's First Law: The Raw Food Diet, and Barbara
Rogers, a natural healer in Las Vegas, will co-own and operate the
restaurant.  It will provide catering, food preparation classes, private
chef services, food processing equipment and seminars.  The menu will
include such fare as raw soups and salads, burritos, pizzas, chicken
falafel and desserts such as carrot cake, carob mousse and more.  An
organic vegan sushi bar and pressed juice also will be featured.
The Raw Truth is the only restaurant of its kind in Las Vegas.  Other raw
food restaurants are located in New York, NY, San Francisco and San Diego,
CA, Chicago, IL and Maui, HI.
