I just want to add my thanks to Fran for all her help and leadership on
this list. I'm a relative newcomer to both celiac-diabetes (my son has
them both) and to being on a list. Fran, you always have had such
patience, humor, and warmth in your responses to all of us. Thank you
for being there when I desperately needed it. And good luck in the
future. I hope someone does take over the list. I am still in need of a
lot of help, support and info, especially as I look ahead to Justin
going off to college next Fall.

Question: does anyone know of a good recipe or good GF mix to make a
loaf of French or Italian bread? Also, any sources of already-made
hamburger or hot dog buns or bagels? --Kathy
