Hi Caryl,
- but why am I still itching? That's why I wonder about eating grain-
>fed meat. Is the casein in grain-fed cattle causing the continued
>overproduction of yeast? Ilya suggests the casein in such cattle is or
may be
>gluten-like

I am having the same problem. As a gluten free and dairy free vegetarian, I
was able to lose my itchiness. Now that I am eating meat again, the itch
came back. It is particularly apparent when I eat pemmican: even tho' the
meat is from grassfed cows, the suet is from grainfed cows. I can't find
anything else to use except coconut butter which is too mushy at room
temperature.
What to do?

All the best,
Susan
