I have to second this.  Mark, that was a wonderfully written description of
keeping our kids safe AND happy.  My daughter, Alyssa, is almost 4, and has
the same 3 allergies (dairy, eggs, peanuts).  Her dairy allergy is not anaphylactic,
though.

I can't think of anything at all to add to Mark's post, so I'll just say you're
not alone, and this list is a great place for ideas and support.
