Yes, of course, Peter - "and the mind." But they really are and should
be take as one. :)
As a seperate topic; I am starting to realize now, after some time on a
mostly raw diet, just how big and devastating a problem overeating can be.
It was the case for me, and I am absolutely sure that it is a big part of
many people's health problems nowadays. You may find it obvious, but to me
it is a big discovery; and all a part of the learning process I suppose, as
one becomes more in touch with his body.
