I do not know the exact time of his death but I was told buy a person at
Norwalk Manufacturing that he died when he was hit by a car while walking.
He evidently had a close relationship with this company until his death.
This company built juicers according to his specifications.  They would
probably know the details of his life and death.  Their # is 501 770 0130.
