I am re-reading NEANDERTHIN and find that Crohns (also spelled Krones) is
listed as an autoimmune disorder.

When I think of Crohns, I think of an intestine/bowel that has been injured
by antibiotics or some other agent. But how is it an auto immune disorder?

Is the diarrhea an auto immune response?

I believe it does respond with a paleo diet, if followed carefully for at
least 2 years.
