This sounds like you probably have a simms chip that is going bad. Try
replacing a bank of memory with a proven good simms chip of the same
type and value..Boot up and wait a few hours with it running and see if
it still acts up. Keep switching out banks until you are sure this isn't
the problem.

The other possibility is a bad power supply or major power fluctuations
in the incoming power to the power supply.
