FYI

Went to my md (homeopath) today and got a homeopathic rememdy for
gluten reactions.  It is called
         VERATRUM ALBUM 30X
to be taken: 2 pills under the tongue every two hours as needed.  It
will stop the cramps, diarrhea, etc.

The advantage to homepathic pills is that there are no side effects.
Worse case scenario--it won't work for you.

This can be found in or ordered from a health food store.  The brand he
gave me is DELISOS in Las Vegas.

When I asked him about metamucil...well, he wasn't thrilled.

Now I'll keep a vial in my purse at all times.
