Yes, probably. But perhaps not into small enough pieces to extract all the
bone marrow, so stones tools could have been useful.

Yes. I find that all (muscle) parts are good (and not dry, contrary to
cooked chicken). Some organs (heart, for instance) are good, but I found
the stomach inedible. The brain is edible but extremely small. And I like
bone marrow too, but there is not much to extract.
