I have no clear answer, but when I was on a cooked diet, I had on
average 5 little pimples on my face (I started raw at 24 yrs old), and
my skin was rather rough. When on a 100% raw diet (and no dairy, and
very little gluten), it improved a lot but I still had a few pimples (however,
my diet at that time included slightly denatured foods such as ordinary dates
and "raw" cashews).

Jean-Louis

After 4-5 months raw, and since then, my skin has been perfectly clear
(without any cosmetics)
