I seem to recall the the Custom House in Boston was originally rather a
small structure-- until they built a tower sticking right up out of the
top of the thing.  Am I remembering correctly? (caveat: I was the guy who
had that Tesla thing more or less 100% backwards.  Dangers of delurking.)
