Hi all people with a sweet tooth,

I think 120F is too much and 104F would be the highest temperature at
which no damage is done. But indeed 120F is better than 160. Hm.
Just to tell you what amounts of honey one can eat:
There were times when I ate 1 lb of honey each day for one or two
weeks. If the instinct goes for it it isn't too strong and the stop can
come surprisingly late.

Honey from Orkos isn't heated over 104F and yet has no offending parts
in it. It must be possible to extract the honey and get rid of the wax
without heating it much.
Orkos also offers honey in the comb. This is even better than jarred
one because the stop is unbreakable. Must have to do with the wax which
I normally spit out but I've got no explanation for the effect.
For those who don't know Orkos: it's a European supplier of totally un-
treated fresh raw foods, including fruits, vegetables, dates, honey,
nuts, seeds, seafoods, meat, etc. (and of course nasty seaveggies! ;-))

By the way:
Was anyone able to confirm whether Aajonus has his stomach removed?
This would be a good explanation for his extreme diet as we already
discussed before.
Gregg, welcome to this list and did you question Aajonus about this?

Best sweet regards,

Stefan
