ah. I understand now. E-mail meanings are confusing to me sometimes.

I agree that low-carb is a very good way to go. Ill freely admit that in
_ketosis_ though my brain does _not_ work optimally. My coordination is not
as good either. This is a fact for ME.

On low carb im fine in these areas, except fat loss is slower.

On high-carb Im mentally fine, but tired, sleepy, sluggish, gassy, etc,
etc. Oh, and on high-carb Im FAT too. <:^o
