I purchased a package of "Lundberg Jubilee:  A gourmet blend of 7 premium
brown rices", which I hope to make stuffing with for Thanksgiving.  We
did not recoginize two of the ingredients, so I wanted to find out if any
of you are familiar with these varieties of rice:

Wehani
Black Japonica

Are they safe?
