Hi all,

Kirt, thank you for your answer on this subject. Not much to comment
here so I won't have the last word... :-) I agree that we disagree.

Jean-Louis:
>...And you being naked, and probably having done a few "preliminaries"
>(don't know if it is the correct word in English). And, again, how did
>the girl learn those things if you hadn't taught her?

Being in bed (as I wrote) implies being naked for me. But I hear there
are people never doing this. How strange to wear clothes 24 hours a day.
Other requirements I can't see.
How did my Orkos chicken learn to pick a sesame sead? It simply did it.
It was already in its head.
Humans also have the quality of being curious and I hear that children
are v e r y curious and try out lots of things if allowed.
This might be an explanation for the things the nine year old girl did.

Jean-Louis:
>But you perfectly knew the risk. And I don't think such things might
>happen if you think you are doing positive things. What is more likely,

As far as I understood it, Mr. Burger was in sorrow, that his children
wouldn't develop normally if he didn't allow them doing certain things.
He even said, it is criminal to hinder them. So I understand, that for
him (being right or not) there was a risk to have mentally crippled
children if educating them in a way society allows.

Kind regards,

Stefan
