While we're on the subject, someone gave me a container of Morton Lite
Salt a while ago.  It's salt, potassium chloride, calcium silicate,
magnesium carbonate, and potassium iodide.

What are people's opinions on this stuff?  Considering that sources of
potassium, since I don't eat bananas (can't stand them!), are hard to come
by without spending a fortune on pecans...
