I'm sorry but I don't know what the symptoms of egg allergy are.
Actually my daughter and I tested positive to the first 18 major
foods we tested for and since we have to eat some of them we
didn't go back.  Eggs were one of them but since we are chronically
ill its hard to say what symptom comes from what.

Many of our food allergies are part of our fibromyalgia.  The dairy
one though, is not.

Sounds as if you have reacted to milk with the diarrhea and gas.

Some of the other replies give you some good ideas re; milk additives to
explore though.  Hope you are able to find it.  Marnie, my daughter, who
has the strongest milk reaction (diarrhea, vomiting etc) has also just
had a bad night of cramping etc.  We don't really know what it was but
wonder if it could have been the vegetarian bouillon cube?  I've just
discovered that it has 'caramel flavors'.

I've been using these for years but Marnie has just started using them and
it didn't occur to us to check out the ingredient listing - especially with our
last debacle with the Alvercol and caramel flavors'!
