i feel better today. i sort of used Karl's idea of just eating the sweet
fruit (with something fat), and keeping John's warning in mind of my present
lack of appropriate fauna, here's what i had:
i cooked some bacon, then used the grease to cook some onions and chicken,
and the chicken/bacon/onion mix, with some oregano and marjoram stirred in,
was real good, then i had a salad, i mixed peaches, strawberries, walnuts
and boston lettuce, with some honey/oil drizzled over it. sounds weird, but
tasted good.

and i have lost weight on Neanderthin, and i don't count carbs or calories.
i lost 5 pounds first week, then 5 pounds the second week, then the past 3
weeks, i've stayed the same.
