I was a non-instinctive fruitarian formerly and my experiences
during that time made me accept instinctive eating so fast. I
always wondered: "Why is this ananas so sharp?" "Why can't I
eat bananas today?" And so on... :-)

So to some amount no raw eater can choose his food without
his instincts -- his body just wouldn't accept non-instinctive
food.
