After hearing (reading) about the milk subtitute "Better Than Milk" here on
this list, I began my search for it.  I finally found it in a local store.
There are at least three different types of this product all of which contain
questionable ingredients.  At least one listed modified food starch.  Natural
flavors and mono & diglycerides were also listed.  I would normally contact
the manufacturer about this, but the only name and address listed were for
the distributor:  Sovex Natural Foods, Box 2178, Collegedale, TN, and no phone
number was listed.

Does anyone know about the GF status of these products?  Even better, does
anyone know of a phone number I can call to get the GF status?

I will post a summary of the responses I receive.
