I think I originally got this info from this list, but it bears repeating.
There is a mill "Lamb's Grist Mill" which produces ONLY corn meal, so there
is no concern about contamination from gluten containing grains.  It is
a very small business run by an older woman.  They sold me 24 pounds of
corn meal for $10 plus shipping and handling.  Admittedly the shipping from
Texas to New York cost me $14, but it was worth it for my peace of mind.

number 817-582-2405.  The owner is a VERY sweet woman.
