I have spoken with the nutritionist with the MET-Rx USA company in Irvine,
California today regarding their bars.  Although the ingredient list appears
safe for a gluten free diet, she said that there might be trace amounts of
gluten in the bars and to use discretion if you are extremely sensitive to
minute amounts of gluten.
