I agree the individualized notes would be best to write companies to make
an impact in hearing from all of us.  When I mentioned a "form" letter, I
was referring to each individual writing their own and then using it each
time so new letters would not have to be written--otherwise, a form letter
for me as an individual (with changes as needed), your own form letter for
you, etc.  WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE--WE JUST NEED TO BEGIN.  Have a happy
