Why not start sending an address of these companyies to the Celiac list, and
all of us write them a non-anger letter, one that states the problem and
share with them how many they are losing.  That is a way of "lobbying"
from our own home in a respectful but powerful way.  We can talk about
it, but let's also do something about it.  I'm game.  A "form" letter of
sorts could be on our own computer and it wouldn't take much time to plug
in the appropriate information once we have the address where everyone is
corresponding about the same time.  What do you think?
