I am the one who mentioned the salad bar.  I apologize if I
misinformed anyone.  The information came from my Gastro. Dr. after I had
trouble and we discussed what could have caused it.  He said some spray
with MSG to make the food look better.  I understood him to say that
could be the problem.  I trusted what he said.  Sorry, if I confused anyone.
