Produce is often coated to better preserve it during transit to the
grocery. Whatever are these waxes made from?

Are there any  glutens in these today? Are there potential gluten
containing ones in the future?

There seems to be some kind of FDA regulation on these in the US, but what
about all the produce from abroad that now appears?
