I don’t see either To: or CC: on an incoming email from the Blind Hams list.
Without seeing it, how can the program move it to the Bllind Ham folder?
If it just moves anything to the folder, it will move all incoming messages?
What am I missing here?

If you set up a message rule, the selection you'd want is to use the to or
CC field. You won't see a CC field if it's not in use on an incoming message
but if you setup the message rule to set it to go to a blind-hams folder,
the option is there.
