Never hear enough from you. You never know what will solve the problem.

John,

You've probably heard enough from me on this stuff, but the interface
(Rigblaster or any other) doesn't really interact with the screen reader.
It's your choice of digital mode software that needs to work with the screen
reader.

Having said that, I know there are some high end units like Microham stuff
that has router software associated with the interface that would need to
be screen reader friendly to get it set up and make
internal changes. For other interfaces, such as ones with built in
sound cards, there is some driver installation involved, but no different
than any other piece of computer gear attached to the pc.

I didn't spend much time at it today, but did put a dozen or so in the log
for the ARRL RTTY Round-up.

73, good luck,
Steve KW3A
