Wow Lou, out here near San Francisco, all I can hear are 
differently oriented keys, not many straight keys, smile! Jim

I remembered I should've changed the "to" field to send it to the

I should spend some more time with it but I can't seem to tear 
myself away
from 30 meters.  Just put up an inverted vee for that band last 
week.  It
may be a while before the novelty wears off.

I heard Terry, GM3WUX, with a loud signal on 10 meter CW a half 
hour ago,
 and he was driving his K3 and amp with a hand-built straight 
key.  I tried
 to work him, but he had to QRT.  People do a lot more of SKN on 
New Year's
 Eve, I think.
