Hi Zach,

   I just did this the other day and had to look this up so here is what 
worked for me:
    Send a message to [log in to unmask]
Leave the subject blank.
In the body of the message type:
SET BLIND-HAMS DIGEST
For no Digest: type:
SET BLIND-HAMS NODIGEST

Give that a try,
