Hi, all.

Well, yesterday and last evening, I operated Field Day as 1 delta from here
at the home QTH on 40 meter CW for about 7 hours. Made 182 contacts. I
worked Angelo's club station, but don't recall coming across anyone else
from the list.

I knew this year's FD operation would be limited, but was happy with the
results I obtained during my relatively short operating time.

This morning, I paid a visit to our club's field day set-up. They ran a
small 3A operation, and made roughly 400 contacts. I was interested to find
that 6 meters was open between Michigan and the southern US, which was kind
of a rare treat for our club operators. They didn't make many 6-meter
QSO's, but the ones they did were lots of fun.

Here's looking toward next year, when, hopefully, I'll be able to put in a
more serious effort once again.
