I agree Restrooms are a pain the Ass, You learn to ask. It is a lot simpler
to have my wife to guide me along rather than prove my independence.

I'm much like you Jerry. Rest rooms are a pain in the ass, well I guesws
they would be <smile>, but I mean as far as getting around. I've had to ask
for help at times. My wife and I did almost everything together except ham
radio stuff as she wasn't interested. Even if other people were there, she
insisted she be my guide which was fine with me.
I had a friend in Vegas who we'd go out with some times, and he was blind,
his wife was sighted. He would insist on using his cane and following her
through the casinos which I thought was a little over board as far as
stressing independence. I just grabbed my wife's elbow and away we went,
and we made much better time.
