When I could see to read standard print, I was an avid reader. I could
invest hours and hours in a library or bookstore. That is one of the things
I really miss. Of course, I miss not being able to drive and the
independence associated with it. For me, those are the two biggies. Most
everything else, we have work-arounds to allow us to do as well as sighted
people.
