Hi Colin,

The prototype just covers HF, and it is solely my idea to get a feel for
numbers.  The guy who has designed the prototype is unable to handle any
production himself and it would almost certainly require a batch to be made
to keep costs down.

No one expects to make anything on this, and at some stage someone will need
to invest some capital, but it would be nice to see a modern design benefit
us all. 

There is obviously a need for an accessible  meter, but I guess the demand
will be determined by the price and spec.
