that is pure silliness.
we get 2.5 hours of pregame on tv, and about 1.5 hours of pregame on the
local radio station that carrys the CFL games.
there's only so much you can say about 8 teams right?
I watch/listen to football these days because my GF is a big fan.
she is a calgary stampeders fan, and i'm an edmonton eskimos fan...we just
had our battle of alberta, twin labour day classic games in which calgary
beat edmonton soundly both times...calgary has beat edmonton quite badly
this year. in august, they beat them 56 to 6, then it was 54 to 12 or
something, then 36 to 20 last night. just awful for my team, great for
her's. I can hardly stand the gloting going on around here.
that's what happens when alberta has two teams, calgary being number 1 over
all in the cfl, and edmonton being number 27 in an 8 team league hi.
