I have been gluten-free for 11 years, but in the last 6 months I have been having issues. I didn't think it was gluten because I am very careful with my diet and have made no changes.

At first I thought it was an intestinal bug, but 2 different courses of antibiotics didn't resolve the issue. I finally decided to make an appointment with my gastro, but that is not until January 22.

I have eaten and enjoyed Sterk's Bakery products for years, and right after Christmas I ran out and am using a different brand of bread. Surprise - the diahrrea stopped! Could it have been the bread? Sunday I ate a bagel from a new pack from Sterk's. Yesterday I spent in the bathroom! (My usual time frame for gluten is 48 hours).

Does anyone else have trouble with this product?
