I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 6 months ago. I have always been a super healthy eater and found it easy to adjust to the new diet. I have even been sucessful in creating GF alternatives to prior favorites like cakes and cookies. I have gone to great lengths to rid myself of gluten. I eat nothing that contains gluten; my lipstick is GF and even my hand cream is GF. However, despite my efforts, I have not been successful. I continue to get gluten from somewhere. I'm hoping the readers of this list can offer their expertise and guidance to help me figure out where I am going wrong.
