Yes, I've heard of those, and visited that website, FaithComesByHearing.com. 
I tried getting set up with the Bible Ambassador program, but I'm not sure 
if it's really accessible.  I wrote to them about it, and someone from 
technology replied, saying that he was interested in making it accessible. 
I've never heard from him since.  I wish there was such a thing as a 
standard program or template that anyone can add to their site without much 
effort to make them accessible.
