Well, it's all in how you look at it. Such services as Trackphone and Jitterbug are usually pay as you go services which by the minute are the most expensive ways to go. I would say I am generally happy with Verizon, but at times its voice mail service is a bit unpredictable. When a person in one part of the country attempts to correspond with a person in another part of the country messages often bounce back. I was told by a tech specialist that this is because Verizon uses two different platforms one by Motorola and the other by Converse and if the two parties are on two different platforms at any given time the messages will bounce back, and there is no way of knowing which platforms are active at any given time.
