Good Morning.
I am new to the group and love reading the thought streams the show up.

I felt compelled to comment on the matter of microwaves.
In our family we do not use a microwave. We never have and we never will. I understand, in our fast food nation, that the invention of the microwave oven was to decrease the time of food preparation.
However, as most "good" things, there was not a long term study done on humans who eat the food cooked in a microwave oven.

Here is an article that I found interesting

What does the group feel about the above research in respect to microwave use for food?

Money is like manure.

If you spread it around,

it does a lot of good,

but if you pile it up in one place,

it stinks like hell.
