I didn't say it was right -- it's not even specific enough to be  
meaningful.  15 minutes in Maine in January is going to get you a lot less  
sunlight than 15 minutes in equatorial Africa in July.

Personally I spend as much time outdoors as I can.  I do have full  
spectrum lighting in every room of the house, but it pales in comparison  
to real sunlight -- if not in spectrum, then in intensity.
