YES, THERE ARE TONES, AND IT WILL SPEAK ALL SORTS OF INFORMATION ACCORDING
TO HOW IT IS CONFIGURED.

MODE IS INDICATED IN CW.

THE FILTERING IS GOOD, HOWEVER I STILL PREFER MY ft1000MP'S FILTERS.

Subject: Kenwood TS-2000

Hi all,
I have read and heared about the Kenwood TS-2000 and it sounds like a very=
 nice base station.
Is anyone here using this one?
If so, how do you like it?
There is a synthesizer option available to it. How much does it speak?
Also, are there keypad tones?
Many thanks for any info,
Christian SM0UWV
