Hi Bobby.

Are you looking for new or used equipment? There are several used radios
that do a fine job.

If you can find a Kenwood TS440SAT or a TS450SAT with the voice boards,
they would do what you want. The TS440SAT takes the Kenwood VS-1 voice
synthesizer, while the TS450SAT takes the VS-2 voice synthesizer. Both
synthesizers have aftermarket versions that are available from the Piexx
Company.

Also, you could consider the Kenwood TS690S, although the TS690S usually
doesn't have an auto tuner unless someone bought an AT450 after the fact
and installed it in the TS690S. Kenwood never sold the '690 with an option
for a factory installed auto-tuner. It was a miserable job to install it,
too. I have one that has the auto tuner and you had to pull both the top
and bottom covers and work on the radio while it was on its side to install
the auto tuner.

Also, consider the Icom IC718 with the UT102 voice synthesizer and the
Millenium QSYer. That would also probably fit the bill for you.
