Others might like the info.
1.  Use cw reverse when necessary to line up ssb and cw.
2.  On the diamond shaped arrows, the right button pressed once on cw will 
give you the width.  use the mhz step knob on the lower right to select 
desired width.  You use the same controls to set the width for ssb and cw.
